Do you have a parquet floor? We can sand, buff or screen and coat. If the finish on your floor has seen better days but they aren't bad enough to warrant sanding then this is for you. This can remove surface scratches. Bring back a beautiful even sheen to your floors as well as make them easier to clean. Fixes dull or cloudy finish. Change sheen from satin to gloss or vice versa. Keeps the hardwood protected in high traffic areas. Much less expensive than sanding. Much faster than sanding. Doesn't require all the furniture to be removed.
Install flush mount floor registers. We can replace the ugly drop in metal or wood vents with a new vent that is level with the floor. These are a very nice touch to update the look of your floors. These are especially great for kitchens as you don't feel than under your feet while cooking.

Installation of hardwood, engineered, lvp, stairs and handrails. We often add hardwood to rooms that have carpet. We often can match the stain to your existing hardwoods so you don't have to refinish your entire floor. Luxury vinyl tile is an excellent product to use when sanding isn't economical. It can update bathrooms and kitchens or a great alternative to a worn-out engineered floor.
Replacements for Spindles
Replace old outdated or broken stair spindles or replace with iron. Replacing you wooden spindles with Iron spindles can make a dramatic change to your stairs.
